I am a lawyer and legal consultant based in Ramallah, Palestine. I work with founders, businesses and employers on company matters, commercial contracts, technology and disputes.

Alongside my independent practice, I work as an attorney and legal consultant with ITTQAN Consulting Services. Before an engagement, we confirm who the client is, the capacity in which I will work, and the services covered.
Professional experience
My experience includes civil, commercial, banking and insurance disputes, contract drafting and negotiation, and company and business advice. My professional background also includes co-founding MAQAM. I prepare and review legal documents in Arabic and English.
