REQUEST AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Turn the legal issue into a clear plan.
Use this page for legal enquiries and consultation requests. The form provides one clear intake path; direct email, phone and WhatsApp buttons remain available when they are more practical.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Assess. Scope. Deliver.
I start with the commercial objective, identify what is legally material, and define a usable scope. Advice and documents should help a decision move forward—not exist merely to complete a legal task.
01
Send a concise summary
Explain the objective, the parties involved, the key facts and any real deadline. Do not upload confidential documents or sensitive evidence at this stage.
02
Assess
Clarify the objective, facts, stakeholders, timing and the real source of legal exposure. I also review fit, conflicts, information needs and whether timing is workable.
03
Scope
Agree priorities, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and the information needed to proceed. The engagement and timing are confirmed in writing before substantive work begins.
04
Deliver
Provide clear work product, explain the judgment behind it and identify practical next steps.
CONSULTATION FORM
Tell me what decision or problem needs attention.
Complete the required fields with a practical summary. Submission does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send privileged documents, passwords, financial credentials or highly sensitive personal data until an engagement is confirmed.
CONSULTATION FAQ
Before you submit a request.
Does submitting the form create an attorney-client relationship?
No. A relationship begins only after conflicts, scope, fees and engagement terms are confirmed in writing.
Should I send documents with the first request?
Not unless requested. Start with a short factual summary, the parties involved and the deadline. Sensitive documents can be exchanged through an agreed channel after the initial review.
How quickly will I receive a response?
I aim to acknowledge suitable requests within two business days. Urgent deadlines should be stated clearly, but submission does not guarantee immediate availability.
Is the initial consultation free?
Fees, duration and format depend on the matter. If a paid consultation is appropriate, the fee and purpose of the session are confirmed before scheduling.
Can we work remotely?
Yes. Meetings and legal work can be arranged remotely where appropriate, subject to identity, conflict, confidentiality and jurisdictional requirements.
Do you handle every jurisdiction?
No. I advise within the scope I can properly cover. Cross-border matters may require coordination with counsel in another jurisdiction, which is discussed before work begins.
Can I request ongoing monthly legal support?
Yes. Six- and twelve-month ongoing-counsel arrangements are available for suitable businesses, with defined capacity, response times, inclusions and exclusions.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Share enough to assess the matter—no more.
Before an engagement and conflict review are complete, avoid sending confidential strategy, original evidence or sensitive credentials. If the matter proceeds, an appropriate exchange method can be agreed.
